When you lose a loved one, nothing is ever easy.
However, the immense empathy and respect shown to the deceased by the Cassar SA staff during the raising of the body at my loved one's home helped me to let him or her go. Then, the funeral assistance offered by the Cassar SA team allowed me to concentrate on the farewell and not on organisational issues. Small" things that helped me to really take the time to say Goodbye and not worry about the "big" things of organising a funeral.
I have only one word: THANK YOU. Thank you to the people who lifted the body, who allowed me to say to myself that my godfather was in "good hands". THANK YOU to Madame Vauthey of the Moudon agency for her humanity, her empathy, her patience, her attentiveness and above all her professionalism.
No, the loss of a loved one is never easy, but Cassar SA brings relief to the ordeal.
