Our whole family is grateful to Mr Cyril Nussbaum for his empathy and flexibility. Thanks to him, we were able to organise a ceremony that corresponded to our beliefs and we were very touched that he showed a genuine interest in the burial of our dear uncle Benjamin, who was a centenarian.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to CASSAR, and in particular to Mr Pierre Ogay, who supported me with kindness and discretion when my husband Wilfried Plaar passed away. It was a wonderful, warm-hearted listening experience, which is so important in getting through such difficult times. Thank you, Pierre!
My deepest gratitude goes to the team at La Tour-de-Peilz, particularly to Mr Pierre Ogay, who showed me a great deal of attention and empathy, as well as kindness, in the discussions I had with him and during the removal of the coffin at the end of my mother's funeral ceremony. It was a real support for me in the midst of all the emotions.
I would like to thank Maison Cassar in Lausanne, in particular Mr Grégoire Foetisch for his support, his attentiveness, his kindness and above all his professionalism, as well as his colleagues who transported my wife Jackeline from the Lavaux hospital and prepared her with magnificent flowers despite the confinement of April.
