A big thank you to Mr Foetisch for his tact, follow-up and professionalism, who was able to guide me through a period that was emotionally and administratively complicated, to say the least.
Our sincere thanks to Mr Schrag from Cassar Nyon, for his warm welcome and kindness. His help with the procedures and organisation following the death of our mother, Irma Zingre, was a great relief and helped us get through this difficult time.
Thank you to Mrs De Belay for her humanity. She was sensitive to our distress and pain. She listened to us and told us what to do. My dad meant everything to me and he was the man in my mum's life. It's important to be surrounded by people and Mrs De Belay was there. So thank you for your kindness.
We were touched by the empathetic and professional way in which the Cassar staff dealt with our bereavement. In particular, we appreciated being kindly greeted by Mr Daniel Ruchat when we called in the middle of the night following the death of our relative. We were received the very next day in Nyon, and he explained all the steps we needed to take with great sensitivity. The follow-up provided by Mr Ruchat and Mr Christophe Schrag was attentive, discreet and efficient from start to finish. We would like to thank them and highly recommend Cassar.
A big thank you to Mrs Dominique Vauthey for her kindness and support in organising the arrangements following the death of our mother, Gertrude Dubelly. It's always nice, at such a difficult time, to have a smiling, competent person with you.
At this time of great sadness, Mr Georges Foestich has been a great help and has guided us very well through the process. Many thanks to him and to your organisation.
PS: The only drawback was the lack of internet access in Montoie... As we have family from abroad, it would be high time to facilitate wifi access on our premises....

We are grateful to have found the Cassar company following the death of our father. From the beggining Cassar has guided and supported us through all the steps of a funeral from administrative tasks to transport and funeral ceremony arrangements. Cassar was always available for our specific and last minute requests. We are from far away in the South Pacidic and they helped us through adminstrative tasks that would help our family obtain visas to come attend my fathers funeral and were very respectful of our traditions, allowing us to participate as mucn as we liked to the proceedings of the funeral, great sensitivity. The professionalism, availability and sensitivity greatly helped us to put our father to rest so a big Thank you to this company and a special Thank you to Mr.Muralti for accompanying us through this difficult time.
