I would like to thank you for all the support and comfort you gave us when our mother died. We were relieved to discover that our wishes were perfectly understood, and that anything we might have forgotten was gently suggested to us. I would also like to thank your staff for their discretion and kind attention.
Despite the sadness of losing a loved one, we were fully understood and well advised. Mr de Mestral was perfect in his mission and we thank him infinitely. What can I say... just THANK YOU!

Just a few words to thank you for being able to set up your sound system in the church in Epalinges at such short notice. I can't imagine the ceremony for my Dad without the music he had carefully chosen.
We admired the way you played the music and the songs in the right order and right to the end, without cutting off the end!
I was really touched that you sang "A Toi la gloire" with us. It was wonderful!
I'd also like to thank you for taking such good care of him and preparing him so well.
I'm very grateful to you for giving me the time, so kindly offering to open the hearse door again, to lay a few roses from the wreath on his coffin and to be able to say a final goodbye to him. It was very important to me.
The whole family joins me in thanking you for everything you did for him, for us.
