My family would like to join me in warmly thanking Mr Xavier Philipona, your funeral advisor, for his kindness, extreme availability and prompt handling of all the formalities arising from the death of our mother on 28 August. In such circumstances, the professional and discreet assistance he gave us was of immense help.
He had already been a great help when my dad died in June 2014.
I would recommend him to all families who are sadly faced with the passing of one of their own.

Following the death of my mother, Irène Schwenter, we called on your services through Mr Pierre Praz.
His welcome, spontaneity and empathy touched us at this difficult time.

I'd like to thank Christophe Schrag for his professionalism and support. It's a difficult ordeal, losing our mum is difficult and my brothers and I are young, so we didn't know what to expect or how things would go. Mr Schrag was able to guide us, find the right words and make this moment less painful than we thought it would be. He was able to explain things simply.
I really appreciated the respect with which everything was handled. We can't thank you enough for helping us through this time.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr François Llavador, for his attentiveness, availability and thoughtfulness at this time of great sadness and despondency at the sudden death of our dear and adored husband and father.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the service you provided and the way you looked after me during this difficult time.
The only thing that upset me a little was that the services responsible for the cremation did not keep their promises.
We had to cancel the first delivery of ashes to the memorial garden because they weren't available on the day in question and we had to make a new appointment.
Apart from that I found your staff very professional and attentive to our needs.
