On behalf of the whole family, I would like to thank Mr Stéphane Roh for his invaluable services following the death of my dear husband Pierre Favre. Mr Roh was very efficient and found solutions to all our wishes, even though they were difficult to fulfil (ceremony on a Saturday, Catholic ceremony in a Protestant temple, etc). Mr Roh showed great listening skills, empathy and human qualities at a time of great distress. MANY THANKS.
Dear Mr Ogay, on behalf of my whole family, I would also like to thank you for the ease and efficiency with which you advised us on every stage of the internal and external ceremony. Everything went perfectly !!! THANK YOU.
We would like to thank you very much for your help in the death of our sister Monique. We particularly appreciated the services of Mr Pierre Ogay, who gave us advice and shared our grief on the day of the farewell service and the transfer of the ashes to the Garden of Remembrance. His support and kindness, as well as his sensitivity to our grief, went straight to our hearts.

A big thank you to Mr Berthoud for the support he gave us following the death of my uncle. Orbe is not his area, but he was on duty over the Christmas weekend and did a fantastic job. What's more, he's a very human person, a good listener and very sensitive. That's so important in these difficult times.
The people who came to the farewell service also appreciated his welcome.
