Deeply saddened by the death of my young wife Nathalie Besse-Chenuz, who left us without giving us time to prepare,
I would like to extend my warmest thanks to Mr Gonçalo Serra of the Cassar SA funeral parlour in Morges for the warm welcome and support he gave us at this difficult time.
Thank you and respect to all the employees of Cassar SA for their dedication and support in bidding farewell to loved ones.

Lors du décès de notre chère maman nous avons été soutenus, accompagnés et renseignés avec un grand professionnalisme par M. Philippe Muralti.
Merci de tout coeur à lui pour avoir allégé notre peine en nous prodiguant ses bons conseils dans le respect de la situation. Merci également pour son empathie. L'entreprise CASSAR est une bonne entreprise avec des collaborateurs très compétents.
We are never prepared to lose someone close to us. In my case, losing my wife in the space of 4 weeks was a shock that was still difficult to overcome.
At this painful time, the skill, empathy and availability of Mr Jung and his team were an enormous help. The pain is there, but at least all the administrative and organisational aspects were handled efficiently by them.

I can only agree with the previous messages in the visitors' book. When my dear Dad died you were there, listening and showing empathy. Very clear and precise at a time when everything was confusing. Guillaume, your kindness, your patience and your suggestions helped us to feel part of this heartbreaking moment rather than having to endure it. Your words and your texts helped us through the grieving process. Thank you to all of you and a big thank you again to Guillaume.
A very big THANK YOU to Mr Guillaume Jung for the support he gave me at a time when I felt so helpless... And to his very attentive colleagues!
